Your information.
Handled clearly.

This notice explains how the website handles inquiries and related information. The inquiry forms send real messages to Timeless Touch Digital, LLC.

Who is responsible

Timeless Touch Digital, LLC operates this creative-services website. Jonathan E. Mitnick is the contact for privacy questions. Email support@timelesstouchdigital.com.

Information you choose to provide

The inquiry forms collect your name, email address, business or pet name, project description, service interest, and optional timing. If you email us directly, we receive the information and any attachments you include. Please do not put financial, medical, government-identification, or other sensitive information in the inquiry form. Project-file transfers and any additional production tools will be discussed separately.

How inquiries are used

We use your information to respond, discuss your project, prepare a quote, and keep track of the conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing list or authorize a payment. We do not send inquiry details to advertising networks through this website.

Campaign labels and request information

If your link contains source, medium, or campaign labels, the form includes them with your inquiry so we can understand which posts bring people to the studio. This version has no advertising pixels or optional visitor-analytics scripts. Hosting, security, and sign-in providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and necessary cookies or similar storage.

Services that process information

The website runs on Sites infrastructure. Inquiry details pass through its server to the studio’s existing Netlify Forms account, which provides submission storage and spam filtering. Email notifications and correspondence are handled through the studio’s email service. Portfolio media loads from the studio’s existing Netlify host. These providers may process information under their own terms and policies, including on systems outside your state or country.

How long we keep inquiries

For inquiries that do not become client projects, our approved policy is to remove inquiry records from Netlify and business email 12 months after the last contact, unless preservation is legally required. This requires regular manual review; deletion is not currently automated. Provider backups and technical logs follow the relevant provider’s retention processes and are not necessarily removed at the same time.

Client-project files, contracts, invoices, and production materials are separate from unconverted inquiries. Their retention and delivery arrangements need to be agreed for the project and may be affected by legal or accounting requirements. The 12-month inquiry rule does not promise deletion of those records.

Your questions and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete an inquiry by emailing the address above. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information before taking action. We will consider applicable legal obligations and explain if information must be retained. Rights and response requirements can depend on your location; this notice does not limit rights provided by law.

Security and external links

The website uses HTTPS for transmission. No website, email service, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Links to social platforms and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. Avoid sending private project files until a suitable transfer method has been agreed.

Changes to this notice

If we add analytics, marketing subscriptions, payments, uploads, or other features that change how information is handled, we will review and update this notice before introducing them. The date above is the effective date of this notice.
