Clear expectations.
From the start.

These website terms set clear expectations for inquiries and future projects. A written project agreement will control the specific scope, price, schedule, and usage rights for accepted work.

Who you’re working with

Timeless Touch Digital, LLC provides creative services through Jonathan E. Mitnick. Questions about the website or a project can be sent to support@timelesstouchdigital.com.

Inquiries and starting prices

Sending an inquiry does not book a project, authorize payment, or commit either party to begin work. Advertised prices are starting points for the described services, not a quote for every possible production requirement. The final scope, price, and timeline must be confirmed in writing.

Your written project agreement

Before work begins, the project agreement should identify the deliverables, formats, schedule, client responsibilities, payment schedule, included revision rounds, extra-work approval process, cancellation and refund arrangements, and permitted uses of the finished work. A signed project agreement governs those project-specific matters. This website does not establish an automatic deposit, non-refundable fee, cancellation penalty, or unlimited-revision promise.

Materials you provide

Only provide photos, video, music, logos, testimonials, and other materials that you own or have permission to use for the intended project. Tell Jon about credit requirements, license restrictions, or limits on showing identifiable people. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the inquiry form. Any project-file transfer method should be agreed separately.

Creative tools and usage rights

Projects may use licensed third-party materials and AI-assisted tools. The project agreement should identify relevant licenses and the uses being granted. Access to a finished file does not itself promise an exclusive copyright, ownership of third-party assets, or unrestricted use on every platform. Any required exclusivity, commercial advertising rights, music clearance, or source-file delivery should be discussed before work starts.

Reviews and approvals

Review names, dates, spelling, factual claims, and other supplied details before approving a final version. The project agreement should explain how feedback, revisions, and final approval are handled. New requests outside the agreed scope require a written scope and price update before additional work is performed.

Portfolio and personal memories

Permission to make a film is separate from permission to display it publicly. Public portfolio use of your project should be agreed separately. Personal memorial materials will not be used as public portfolio work without your permission.

Website materials and respectful use

The portfolio illustrates creative work; it is not a promise of specific sales, advertising performance, audience growth, or emotional outcomes. Contact the studio for permission before reusing website videos, images, or other creative materials outside uses permitted by law. Do not misuse the inquiry form, submit harmful files, impersonate someone, or attempt to interfere with the website.

Privacy and third-party services

Read the privacy notice for information about inquiries and site hosting. External services and linked websites have their own policies. No wording here is intended to remove rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes and questions

Review any updated website terms when arranging a new project. Website changes do not automatically rewrite an existing signed project agreement. For questions or concerns, email the studio before accepting a quote.
